Providing affordable housing has been in the Frick family for almost 50 years. The first building, 983-987 Wayne Avenue, was purchased by Thomas M. Frick Sr. and brother David from their father Byron C. Frick in the Mid 60’s. The second building purchased was 999 Wayne Avenue known at the time as the Dill Building. The business continued to grow with additional housing purchases. In 2002, Thomas M. Frick Jr. “TJ” purchased the buildings than solely owned by his father Thomas M. Frick Sr.
